Simple Refund Policy
This is a very simple refund policy, If the print does not meet your expectation or it was damaged in any way during shipping and delivery you can return it.

Damage
- All prints are shipped with signature required delivery, if there is obvious damage to the shipping box, refuse delivery
- The packing and crating process of prints is documented with video or still photographs along with providence and edition identifiers
- If potential shipping damages exist and parcel is accepted, Immediate notification and photo documentation of damages must be made on the day of delivery
- Documentation of the crate / box is sent via email to the buyer on the day it is shipped along with tracking information.
- Carton-Box-Crate should be opened the day of, or day after delivery as any claim of shipping damage must be made within 3 days after delivery.
Quality Expectation
- If the print does not meet your expectation when you open the crate, return it to ilsg.com by following these steps
- Log into your account page (account set up was part of print purchase) and submit a return request.
- State reason for return, follow the return shipping instruction.
Refund Process
iLsg.com and our payment processing service will immediately begin the refund process. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
