To properly care for inkjet – Silver Gelatin – Platinum/Palladium prints and ensure their longevity store and display away from moisture and extreme temperatures, and storing them in a cool, dry place (ideally around 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 50% relative humidity, avoid touching the print surface. Handle prints by the edges or wear gloves when handling them. Direct sunlight and UV radiation can cause various degrees of fading depending on type of print. Avoid smoke and pollutants, solvent fumes, and air pollutants can discolor and damage prints.
Storage: When storing prints, Use acid free, all cotton chemical free materials to protect them from dust, handling damage, and environmental pollutants.
Consider framing: Framing can protect prints from environmental factors and handling damage when proper framing techniques and materials are used.
